Jixin has a robust motor R&D center compared with domestic peers and possesses a well-qualified professional design team. It constantly increases investments in the research and development of new products by collaborating with outstanding foreign enterprises and domestic R&D institutes. In the field of household appliance motors, multiple products developed by Jixin won science and technology achievement awards at provincial and municipal levels and obtained national utility model and invention patents.
Jixin has introduced a complete range of equipment and processes for producing various types of motors from Japan and imported special equipment for producing universal motors from the United States. In addition, it has acquired numerous assets from both domestic and foreign sources, including dynamic balancers, automatic coil winding and inserting machines, slot insulation machines, and automatic stator impregnation and baking production lines.
In 1999, it achieved CCC certification for a range of asynchronous motors and ISO 9001 certification for its quality management system. Jixin has successfully passed ISO's periodic system inspection every year. In 2018, Jixin invested in establishing a testing laboratory for incoming material inspection and a laboratory for product performance and life analysis, both of which are equipped with numerous advanced testing instruments and precision gages with a wide range of functions.
